Welcome to TeraBoxFast. By accessing or using our website `https://www.teraboxfast.com`, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use

Our service provides premium routing and streaming indexing services. You agree not to abuse the streaming parameters, attempt to scrape video files, bypass daily limits, or perform automated queries to our API endpoints.

2. User Accounts

To access video streams and view limits, you must authenticate using your Google Account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive behavior or limit evasion.

3. Streaming Limits & Membership Tiers

• Free Tier: Free accounts are subject to daily watch limits (e.g. 3 plays/day). Attempts to bypass these limits using multiple accounts or cookies can result in account suspension.
• Premium Tier: Upgraded accounts have unlimited watch limits. Premium plans are activated after transaction references are manually verified by our team. All upgrades are final and non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and designs on TeraBoxFast are our property. We do not claim ownership over the external files stored on third-party servers like TeraBox.

5. Termination

We reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to the service or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, if we believe you are violating these terms.
